Responsibilities
- Design and lead Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and technical milestones with Global Partner HQs to ensure partner measurement solutions are technically ready for Google’s product roadmap and privacy requirements.
- Translate internal Product Area (GPS) priorities into actionable technical milestones, ensuring that partners natively adopt Google Ads APIs, Ads Data Hub (ADH), and Data Strength strategies across all global markets.
- Manage the global-to-local deployment of technical enablers, including the management of the additive tech fund (ATF) and the standardization of global measurement certification.
- Lead technical pilots and integrations (e.g., Conversion API and server-side tracking) with high-potential measurement partners, coordinating with gTech and Product Engineering to oversee implementation.
- Lead partner-facing performance governance (QBRs) at the HQ level to monitor progress against technical integration milestones, adoption rates of privacy-safe signals, and activation progress across regional networks.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles, or 6 years with an advanced degree
- Experience working with measurement providers, data agencies, or advertisers.
- Experience identifying and recommending scalable solutions to improve customer strategy, and working with executive leadership.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience discussing privacy-safe measurement solutions, including server-side tracking, clean rooms (Ads Data Hub), and data handling regulations (General Data Protection Regulation/Digital Markets Act (GDPR/DMA)).
- Technical understanding of the marketing science landscape, specifically how multi-touch attribution (MTA), Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), and incrementality testing intersect with enterprise advertising needs.
- Ability to translate C-Suite business priorities into technical data requirements alongside tech and product Leads.
- Proven ability to manage complex internal workstreams across matrixed organizations including Cloud, GPS, and gTech to deliver global partner projects.
