We are looking for an experienced and dynamic individual who shares our vision and will help us make the benefits of SDA accessible to a broad audience.

This is your new role:

  • As a Marketing Manager for Software-Defined Automation (SDA), you will be one of the key stakeholders in bringing our innovative solutions to the market and further expanding our position as a technology leader. You will develop and implement Marketing strategies that inspire our target audiences and clearly communicate the value of SDA by also applying latest technologies such as AI-based prediction and LLM-powered assistants. You will work closely with Product Management, Sales, and external partners to ensure a coherent and impactful market presence.
  • Strategy Development: You will conceive and manage the general Marketing strategy for SDA in alignment with global and regional business objectives.
  • Creation of Marketing Collaterals: You will develop compelling Marketing materials (e.g. whitepapers, presentations, website content, social media posts) that present the complex technical aspects of SDA in an understandable and engaging way.
  • Campaign Management and Demand Generation: You will plan and execute integrated Marketing and Reputation Campaigns across various channels to generate growth and increase brand awareness together with respective Marketing functions.
  • Performance & KPI Management: You measure and optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as MQLs, MIOV, campaign ROI, and Sales Enablement usage.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis: You will continuously monitor the market, identify trends, and competitor activities to optimally align our Marketing efforts.
  • Event Management: You will support the planning and execution of trade fairs, conferences, and webinars to ensure a successful go to market and to showcase our SDA solutions.
  • Sales Support: You will create tools and materials that help our Sales team to successfully sell SDA solutions.

This is what characterizes you:

  • Experience matters: You have professional experience in Marketing, ideally in a B2B environment and/or in the software, automation, or industrial sector.
  • Technical Expertise: You have a strong interest in and understanding of complex technical topics, especially in the area of automation and digitalization. Knowledge in core technologies like Industrial Edge, Virtual PLCs, and IT/OT Integration are a significant plus!
  • Strategic Thinking: You are capable of developing and implementing Marketing strategies that contribute to business goals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a given for you. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Creativity & Initiative: You are full of ideas and drive projects independently.
  • Team Player: You have extensive experience in collaboration with interdisciplinary and multinational teams covering different functions, e.g. Sales, Product Management, Marketing Execution.
  • Academic Background: You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Engineering, IT, Computer Sciences or a related field.
