Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our marketing team in Brazil. In this role, you will own the end-to-end planning and execution of marketing programs that connect AWS with customers and prospects across Brazil, working cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Partner, and central marketing teams to design and deliver integrated campaigns that generate pipeline and accelerate cloud adoption.

As the world's most comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud, AWS helps organizations of every size move faster, lower costs, and innovate on behalf of their customers. Trusted by more startups around the world, AWS gives founders everywhere access to the same technology that powers the world's largest companies.

This is a fast-paced, high-autonomy individual-contributor role in which you will plan and execute events, build demand generation and campaign programs, manage stakeholder relationships, and use data to continuously optimize performance. The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging a range of personas — from developers and IT practitioners to business decision-makers and C-level executives — and thrives at the intersection of strategy and hands-on execution.

Key job responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of territory-specific, multi-channel demand generation programs (1:few and 1:many) aligned with AWS global frameworks.
  • Build strong relationships with sales teams and develop external partnerships and communities that expand AWS presence and visibility across the Brazilian market.
  • Develop compelling, locally-relevant campaign assets and adapt global content and frameworks for the Brazilian market across email, events, digital, and community channels.
  • Own and analyze program metrics — including pipeline generated, net new leads, and marketing-influenced opportunities — using customer data and market trends to optimize and scale successful approaches.
  • Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams, manage program budgets frugally, drive operational excellence through standardized processes, and support LATAM-wide initiatives as needed.
