Summary of Role:
GF Fab 8 is seeking a 2027 New College Graduate to join the Manufacturing Operations team. In this role, you will support day-to-day operations within a highly automated wafer fabrication facility while applying data analytics, operational excellence, and continuous improvement methodologies to optimize factory performance and material flow.
Essential Responsibilities include:
Participate in module learning and cross-functional manufacturing operations training.
Acquire, analyze, and manipulate manufacturing data using tools such as Excel and SQL.
Support initiatives to improve material movement and factory flow within the wafer fabrication facility.
Actively participate in operational excellence, continuous improvement, learning, and skills development activities.
Collaborate effectively with Manufacturing, Engineering, Planning, and other global cross-functional teams.
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize activities based on operational needs.
Other Responsibilities:
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications:
Education – Graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field from an accredited degree program.
Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing.
Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior related internship or co-op experience
Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.
Strong interest in leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support effective decision-making.
Project management skills, i.e. the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong planning & organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.

Expected Salary Range
$58,400.00 - $100,800.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
