Job Description

Team Description

Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives tangible, impactful results for clients. Drawing on our expertise in consulting, data analytics, technology, payments and economics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients.  VCA's core client segments include issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintechs, payment enablers and governments.

Within VCA exists VCA Implementation Services (VIS), a hands-on execution partner, implementing, operating, and optimizing Visa products in client environments to accelerate activation, portfolio growth, risk control, and data-driven performance.

The ideal candidate will bring a customer-centric and commercially driven mindset, combining strategic thinking, strong client engagement, influencing skills, and excellent organizational capabilities. This role requires a results-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities, operate effectively in ambiguous environments, and deliver outcomes independently and through cross-functional teams across countries and time zones.

The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to transform data from multiple sources into actionable business solutions and sound recommendations. They must also be able to communicate complex technical concepts, architecture, APIs, integrations, and payment processes in clear business language tailored to clients and stakeholders.

Experience or strong knowledge in card operations, payment processing, payment technologies, and related fields is highly desirable. The role requires a blend of hunter and farmer capabilities: identifying and opening new market opportunities, developing and deepening client relationships, and championing digital and technology initiatives such as product and solution integrations, digital onboarding, and other client-focused payment innovation projects.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, and capable of facilitating product planning, development, implementation, and user acceptance testing efforts while maintaining a strong focus on results, client value, and business growth.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
