THE ROLE:  

The Business Operations Manager is driving strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and cross-functional execution across the organization. You will combine strong business acumen, analytical skills, project management expertise, and the ability to influence stakeholders in a fast-paced technology environment.  This role will work with key roles inside and outside the business unit to optimize processes and work within the existing operating model for the larger organization. 

THE PERSON: 

This is a position with the responsibility for achieving business and operational objectives along with defining and achieving operational efficiency and scalability. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Support the development and execution of company and business unit strategies.   Translate strategic objectives into measurable operational plans.  Drive cross-functional initiatives that improve business performance, scalability, and efficiency.   Monitor progress against goals and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.  Financial and forecast planning activities to support business strategies and next steps. 
  • Operational Excellence: Design and implement scalable business processes and workflows.  Lead process improvement initiatives using data-driven methodologies.   Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.   Establish best practices and operational standards across teams.  
  • Cross-Functional Program Management: Manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and teams.  Coordinate planning, execution, risk management, and communication for strategic initiatives.  Ensure alignment between business priorities and operational execution.   Drive accountability and timely delivery of key milestones.  Support and run staff meetings including action tracking.  Manage weekly alignment meeting for establishing new business and supporting team for RFP/RPI activities. 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 

  • Several years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Program Management, Consulting, Finance, or related roles in technology or semiconductor industry.  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to drive decisions in PowerBI or other BI tools. 
  • Strong program/project management skills  
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar analytical tools.  
  • Experience creating executive-level presentations and business reviews.  
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:  

Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.

Compensation: Expected salary range: USD 111,020.00 per year to USD 158,600.00 per year
