Manager, Digital Implementations & Enablement – Cardholder Benefits, LACOverviewWe are seeking a Manager, Digital Implementations & Enablement to support the implementation and evolution of cardholder benefits across LAC, with a strong focus on digital enablement, API integrations, vendor connectivity, and customer experience.
This role will work across Mastercard’s Cardholder Benefits portfolio, supporting Travel, Dining & Entertainment, and Peace of Mind products by driving digital initiatives, coordinating implementations, and enabling scalable benefit experiences across markets.
The ideal candidate brings a combination of technical fluency, project management expertise, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to successfully coordinate complex initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Operations, Commercial teams, vendors, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Integrations & Platform Enablement
- Define and manage requirements for API integrations, vendor connectivity, and digital capabilities supporting benefit delivery.
- Partner with Engineering, Technology, and Implementation teams to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable execution.
- Translate business requirements into implementation plans, technical discussions, and user stories.
- Support integrations involving Mastercard platforms, banking applications, and third-party providers.
- Lead digital implementation initiatives across Mastercard's Cardholder Benefits portfolio in LAC.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of benefit solutions, coordinating activities from planning through launch and operational handoff.
- Support the evolution of how benefits are discovered, accessed, activated, and fulfilled across digital channels.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business needs, customer requirements, scalability, and implementation feasibility.
- Coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives across Product, Commercial, Operations, Engineering, UX, and Global teams.
- Manage implementation plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
- Drive alignment across internal and external stakeholders with varying priorities and requirements.
- Develop executive-ready presentations, status reports, and governance materials.
- Partner with UX, CX, and market teams to enhance digital benefit experiences and reduce customer friction.
- Monitor implementation outcomes, adoption metrics, and operational performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve benefit accessibility, engagement, and scalability across markets.
- Collaborate with external vendors, benefit providers, and implementation partners to deliver successful customer solutions.
- Ensure consistent execution across multiple providers and markets.
- Support onboarding and integration of new partners when required.
- Deep experience in project management, digital implementations, technical product management, product enablement, PMO, platform products, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, digital platforms, authentication, eligibility, fulfillment workflows, and vendor connectivity.
- Experience serving as a bridge between business and technology teams, comfortably engaging both technical specialists and senior business stakeholders.
- Experience in fintech, payments, banking, loyalty, benefits, travel, digital services, or customer experience-driven businesses is preferred.
- Experience working with external vendors, implementation partners, or client-facing technology programs is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives involving technical, commercial, operational, and external stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities, and driving execution in matrixed organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Fluency in English required.
- Availability to be in the office 3 times per week.
