Description and Requirements
Job Responsibilities
1. Manage the procurement of ICT solutions, including hardware, software, cloud services, and professional services, by engaging with resellers, technology providers, and vendors.
2. Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Delivery, and technical teams to understand project requirements and ensure timely and accurate procurement of products and services.
3.Review and validate vendor quotations, BOMs, and technical specifications to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.
4.Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and channel partners while driving supplier performance and service quality.
5.Identify cost optimization opportunities and support sourcing strategies that enhance procurement efficiency and business value.
Job Requirements
1.Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT solutions procurement, technical buying, sourcing, vendor management, or related commercial functions.
2.Experience in purchasing and/or selling ICT solutions, with a solid understanding of ICT products, services, and solution-based business models.
3.Basic understanding of enterprise IT architecture and the ability to interpret solution designs, technical specifications, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
4.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
5.Fluent in both English and Cantonese (spoken and written), with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
