Description and Requirements
You will:
- Lead the full bid lifecycle, ensuring submissions are timely, compliant, and compelling with winning strategy.
- Work with TSG and GTM to analyze customer requirements, define bid strategy and translate them into clear bid plans.
- Facilitate bid/no-bid decisions and drive stakeholder alignment.
- Own the proposal timeline and coordinate inputs from cross-functional SMEs.
- Develop and refine proposal content in accordance with tender requirement and winning strategy.
- Collaborate with Finance, RIM and Legal on pricing and compliance.
You bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or above .
- 2–7 years of experience in bid management or proposal writing.
- Strong project management abilities.
- Excellent written communication.
- High attention to detail.
- Experience with large-scale RFPs.
- Understanding of procurement/commercial processes.
- A PMP certification.
- Able to communicate effectively in Cantonese.
