Lenovo PCCW Solutions (LPS) AI Data Intelligence Practice helps enterprises become truly AI-ready through data strategy, AI readiness, data governance, modern data platforms, analytics, generative AI and managed services. The practice delivers end-to-end services across Strategy, Build and Adopt, helping clients turn enterprise data into trusted business assets and AI-ready foundations.

We work with leading platforms and ecosystems including Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Azure, AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Lenovo Hybrid AI, modern data governance platforms, data product frameworks, and enterprise AI technologies.

Our clients span financial services, government and public sector, manufacturing, education, retail, hospitality, property, logistics and enterprise markets across Hong Kong and Greater China.

Role Overview

As a Data Visualization Specialist, you will transform complex data into intuitive, engaging and actionable visual experiences that help business leaders make better decisions and improve adoption of analytics and Gen BI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Visualization Development

·        Design and develop executive dashboards, operational reports and self-service BI solutions.

·        Create visual experiences that communicate insights clearly and support business decisions.

·        Develop KPI dashboards, management reporting packs and analytical applications.

·        Implement reporting standards, visual design guidelines and dashboard governance practices.

·        Collaborate with data product, business analysis and engineering teams to ensure accurate and meaningful reporting.

User Experience & Adoption

·        Apply data storytelling and dashboard UX principles to improve usability and adoption.

·        Conduct user feedback sessions and refine dashboard experiences based on business needs.

·        Support training, enablement and self-service BI adoption for business users.

·        Support Gen BI and natural language analytics initiatives with strong visual and semantic design.

Analytics Enablement

·        Shape semantic models, KPI definitions and visualization best practices.

·        Optimize dashboards for performance, maintainability and scalability.

·        Contribute reusable dashboard templates and industry reporting assets.

Required Qualifications

·        Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Design, Computer Science, Business or a related discipline.

·        3+ years of experience in BI development, dashboard design, reporting or data visualization.

·        Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau or equivalent BI tools.

·        Strong understanding of data storytelling, KPI design, dashboard UX and analytical thinking.

·        Ability to communicate insights effectively to business users.

Preferred Qualifications

·        Experience with Microsoft Fabric, semantic models, DAX, SQL, data modelling or dashboard governance.

·        Exposure to enterprise reporting modernization, executive dashboards or self-service BI programs.

·        Basic understanding of Gen BI, natural language analytics or AI-assisted reporting.

·        Contribute to reusable methodology, accelerators and solution assets for the practice.

·        Support enterprise customers in Hong Kong with occasional regional collaboration as required.
