Description and Requirements

Lenovo PCCW Solutions (LPS) AI Data Intelligence Practice helps enterprises become truly AI-ready through data strategy, AI readiness, data governance, modern data platforms, analytics, generative AI and managed services. The practice delivers end-to-end services across Strategy, Build and Adopt, helping clients turn enterprise data into trusted business assets and AI-ready foundations. 

We work with leading platforms and ecosystems including Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Azure, AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Lenovo Hybrid AI, modern data governance platforms, data product frameworks, and enterprise AI technologies. 

Our clients span financial services, government and public sector, manufacturing, education, retail, hospitality, property, logistics and enterprise markets across Hong Kong and Greater China. 

Role Overview: 

As a Business Analyst, you will bridge business stakeholders and technology delivery teams, ensuring that data and AI initiatives are grounded in real business needs and translated into clear, actionable requirements. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Discovery & Requirements: 

• Elicit, analyze and document business requirements for data, analytics and AI initiatives. 
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, process walkthroughs and discovery workshops. 
• Define business processes, pain points, user journeys, KPIs and reporting needs. 
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications and requirement traceability. 
• Support prioritization of requirements based on business value and delivery feasibility. 

Delivery Support 

• Coordinate between business users, project managers, architects, engineers and QA teams. 
• Support UAT planning, test scenario development, business validation and defect triage. 
• Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, decision logs and action trackers. 
• Support change management, user communication and adoption activities. 

Business Value 

• Track business outcomes, adoption indicators and benefits realization metrics. 
• Support continuous improvement and post-implementation review activities. 
• Help translate business feedback into enhancement backlogs. 

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science or a related discipline. 
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Analyst or similar role. 
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, user story development and stakeholder management. 
• Strong documentation, communication and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience with data analytics, BI, AI, digital transformation or enterprise system projects. 
• Familiarity with Agile delivery, Jira, Confluence, UAT coordination or project governance. 
• Exposure to KPI design, reporting requirements or data discovery activities.

• Support enterprise customers in Hong Kong with occasional regional collaboration as required.
