Description and Requirements

Lenovo PCCW Solutions (LPS) AI Data Intelligence Practice helps enterprises become truly AI-ready through data strategy, AI readiness, data governance, modern data platforms, analytics, generative AI and managed services. The practice delivers end-to-end services across Strategy, Build and Adopt, helping clients turn enterprise data into trusted business assets and AI-ready foundations. 

We work with leading platforms and ecosystems including Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Azure, AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Lenovo Hybrid AI, modern data governance platforms, data product frameworks, and enterprise AI technologies. 

Our clients span financial services, government and public sector, manufacturing, education, retail, hospitality, property, logistics and enterprise markets across Hong Kong and Greater China. 

Role Overview 

As an AI & Advanced Analytics Consultant, you will design and deliver AI, machine learning, generative AI and advanced analytics solutions that turn enterprise data into measurable business intelligence and automation value. 

Key Responsibilities:

AI Solution Design 

• Identify, frame and prioritize AI and advanced analytics use cases with business stakeholders. 
• Design and implement predictive analytics, segmentation, forecasting and optimization solutions. 
• Develop RAG, knowledge-based AI, Gen BI and AI agent prototypes and solutions. 
• Collaborate with architects to ensure AI solutions are built on trusted and governed data foundations. 
• Support AI solution architecture, feasibility assessment and technology selection. 

Analytics Delivery 

• Build, validate and document machine learning and analytical models. 
• Use Python, SQL and modern AI platforms to perform analysis, modelling and experimentation. 
• Develop reusable AI and analytics accelerators for industry use cases. 
• Support model monitoring, performance measurement and continuous improvement. 

Innovation & Practice Development 

• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and translate them into practical enterprise offerings. 
• Support presales demonstrations, proof-of-concepts and customer innovation workshops. 
• Contribute to AI governance, responsible AI and adoption playbooks. 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics or a related discipline. 
• 4+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, data science, advanced analytics or analytics consulting. 
• Strong Python and SQL skills. 
• Experience with machine learning concepts, model lifecycle and analytical problem solving. 
• Exposure to LLM technologies, vector databases, RAG, Azure OpenAI, Databricks AI or equivalent AI platforms. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with LangChain, agentic AI, MLOps, Gen BI, prompt engineering or AI application development. 
• Experience delivering customer analytics, forecasting, recommendation, text analytics or operational analytics solutions. 
• Ability to explain AI concepts clearly to business and technical audiences.
