Description and Requirements

一、岗位职责

1、负责联想天禧AI软件Linux平台桌面客户端的核心功能开发、版本迭代、需求落地与版本交付，保障终端产品功能稳定上线。

2、基于Electron+H5技术栈进行AI桌面应用开发，实现客户端界面交互、本地系统能力调用、AI功能封装、页面逻辑开发与交互优化。

3、负责Linux系统下应用适配、环境调试、兼容性适配，解决客户端启动异常、界面卡顿、资源占用过高、兼容适配等各类终端问题。

4、配合产品、测试及协作团队完成功能联调、问题定位、BUG修复、体验优化，支撑产品常态化迭代。

5、参与终端产品技术方案设计，独立编写客户端开发文档、适配手册、技术规范，沉淀Linux端Electron应用开发优化经验。

6、负责客户端性能调优、稳定性优化，持续提升Linux端AI软件的运行效率、兼容性与用户体验。

二、岗位要求

1、计算机相关专业，5年及以上Linux桌面应用、客户端研发实战经验，具备独立终端项目开发与问题攻坚能力。

2、熟练掌握Electron框架核心原理，精通TS/JS、HTML、CSS等前端技术，具备完整的Electron客户端开发、打包编译、功能迭代、异常调试实战经验。

3、熟练掌握Linux操作系统，熟悉Linux环境配置、常用命令、权限管理、进程管理，精通Linux桌面应用适配、部署与调试。

4、熟悉客户端性能优化、内存优化、兼容性适配方案，能够独立解决Linux端桌面应用的各类运行异常与兼容问题。

5、熟练使用Git等版本工具，规范完成代码开发、分支管理与团队协作开发。

6、有Linux下C/C++、Qt开发经验者优先；

7、有A2UI、浏览器自动化操控、Agent智能自动化开发经验者优先；

8、有Harness Engineering/AI Native终端AI全栈开发经验者优先。
