Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10–12+ years of experience in test engineering, validation, or manufacturing test environments.
  • Strong knowledge of test methodologies, quality systems, test automation, and test frameworks.
  • Proven experience in planning, scheduling, resource management, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and global teams, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.

Nice-To-Have:

  • Experience with test equipment and platforms such as SPEA FPT and Keysight ICT, along with RF testing and instrument handling.
  • Knowledge of Measurement System Analysis (GR&R), Process Capability (Cpk), fixture development, and calibration processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of test engineers to define test scope, strategy, resource requirements, and execution schedules.
  • Establish, implement, and maintain test processes in line with industry standards and organizational requirements.
  • Collaborate with product management and key stakeholders to ensure test readiness for new product introductions.
  • Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance of test equipment and fixtures to maximize uptime and operational efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement in quality performance, test effectiveness, and false-call reduction through KPI-driven actions.
  • Manage team development, training, resource planning, and performance management activities.
  • Coordinate with global teams on fixture development, calibration, and test infrastructure requirements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support test sign-off activities, root-cause analysis, and customer issue investigations.
