Your role

As a Junior Execution & eBusiness Specialist, you will be part of the Electrification and Automationareain Milan, contributing to the understanding and continuous improvement of execution processes and customer order flows within the organization. Your day-to-day activities will include supporting execution activities, identifying repetitive tasks and opportunities for process digitalization, and contributing to the adoption of digital tools to support faster, more transparent, and more reliable operations.

You’ll make an impact by:

Customer Operations & Delivery Coordination

  • Supporting the end-to-end execution of customer orders, from order entry and internal clarification to follow-up delivery and customer communication.
  • Monitoring delivery schedules, documentation status, and open issues, ensuring timely escalation when risks or deviations arise.
  • Coordinating with sales, factories, logistics, procurement, finance, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of customer commitments.
  • Tracking operational activities, preparing status updates, maintaining execution records, and following up on pending actions.
  • Contributing to customer satisfaction by providing accurate, structured, and proactive communication throughout the execution process.
  • Learning how to manage operational priorities in a complex, international, and customer-oriented environment.

Digitalization, AI & Process Improvement

  • Contributing to the success of the ongoing eBusiness rollout, the strategic priority for the Products team to digitalize the entire orders workflow
  • Finding opportunities to simplify, standardize, and digitalize execution processes.
  • Creating and using digital tools, data analysis, dashboards, and automation opportunities to improve transparency and operational efficiency.
  • Exploring practical applications of AI and generative AI to support recurring activities such as reporting, document preparation, data checks, workflow tracking, and knowledge sharing.
  • Promoting a digitally mature outlook within the team, combining curiosity, structured thinking, and responsible use of new technologies.

What makes you a great match:

Core Requirements

  • Under 30 years old, in accordance to the Italian apprenticeship framework
  • Higher Technical Education “ITS”, Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or similar background.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow multiple priorities in parallel.
  • Interest in project coordination, customer communication, and operational excellence.
  • Digital approach and genuine curiosity for AI, automation, data analysis, and process digitalization.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in Italian and English.
  • Passion to never stop growing.
  • Eligibility to work in Italy

Preferred Requirements

  • Familiarity with SAP, Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, low-code tools, or generative AI tools.
  • Previous internship, thesis, or academic project related to operations, supply chain, project management, process improvement, or digital transformation.
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems, order-to-cash processes, logistics flows, or industrial project execution.
  • Experience with reporting tools, dashboards, automation workflows, or data visualization.
  • Curiosity for AI use cases in business processes, including productivity tools, workflow automation, and knowledge management.
  • Basic knowledge of medium voltage products, electrification business, or industrial customer environments.

For apprenticeship contracts, the indicative gross annual salary range is between €28,475 and €39,350, depending on the candidate’s educational background. The apprenticeship program includes defined salary steps: compensation increases progressively based on seniority and the acquisition of skills, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL).
