Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1. 负责过车载测试项目全生命周期管理，从需求拆解、测试策略制定、项目计划落地到最终交付验收，能主导测试风险评估

2. 精通项目管理核心方法论，掌握敏捷/Scrum或APQP/IPD等汽车行业研发流程；精通主流项目管理工具（如Jira、Confluence、版本控制工具SVN/GIT、KPM）。

3. 能够跨部门协同：对接研发、生产、供应商、客户等多方角色，协调内外部资源，解决项目推进中的跨部门Defect及问题

4.  建立符合BBA质量标准的测试质量评估体系，主导全流程bug management（缺陷管理），负责缺陷的发现、分类、跟踪、推动闭环全生命周期管控；

5.编制Bug报告，包括对研发质量的评估报告、分析报告，能精准暴露出高风险模块，为回归验证提供基础数据。

6.汇总经验、编写培训文档等以实现项目组内的高效协作

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学、自动化、通信工程等相关专业。

2. 经验：10年以上车载测试相关经验（座舱/智驾/车身域优先），5年及以上车载项目管理/开发管理/测试管理经验；

3. 英语可作为工作语言，口语与书面表达流利，能独立完成与海外团队的技术沟通及英文技术文档撰写；

加分项：

2.有BBA等德系豪华品牌、一级供应商车载测试项目管理经验
