Description and Requirements

岗位职责

• 负责供应链领域IT解决方案的规划、建设及持续优化，支撑全球供应链业务发展。
• 深入理解供应链业务流程，包括计划（Planning）、采购、仓储、物流及订单履约等领域，推动业务数字化转型。
• 负责供应链相关系统的需求分析、方案设计、项目实施及运维管理。
• 推动AI技术在供应链场景中的应用，挖掘并落地智能化解决方案，提升运营效率和决策能力。
• 与全球业务团队、IT团队及外部合作伙伴协同工作，推动项目按时高质量交付。
• 参与企业应用架构规划与治理，推动系统集成、标准化及AI Friendly架构建设。

岗位要求

• 本科及以上学历，计算机、信息管理、供应链管理等相关专业。
• 8年以上IT相关工作经验，具备较强的供应链业务理解能力。
• 熟悉供应链核心业务流程，包括需求计划、供应计划、库存管理、仓储管理、运输管理等。
• 具备以下一个或多个系统的实施或运维经验：
  • Supply Chain Planning（JDA / Blue Yonder、Kinaxis等）
  • ERP（SAP ECC / S4HANA等）
  • WMS（仓储管理系统）
  • TMS（运输管理系统）
• 具备企业级应用架构设计经验，了解系统集成、API、数据架构及云平台相关技术。
• 具备AI、GenAI、Copilot、智能Agent或数据分析相关项目经验者优先。
• 具备跨国公司工作经验者优先。
• 具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能够满足日常跨国团队沟通及项目协作需求。
