As an Innovation and Strategy Lead within the Delta Innovation practice at Google Cloud Consulting, you will be a key leader driving cross-industry digital transformations for Google Cloud’s most strategic global enterprise clients. You will bridge strategic business goal with rapid execution, helping customer executives re-imagine core business processes, customer experiences, and operational models using cloud and artificial intelligence.
Operating with a product-centric mindset—distinguishing scalable product creation from bespoke project delivery—you will succeed in navigating ambiguous enterprise environments alongside VP and C-suite (CxO) executives. You will combine human-centered design strategy, cross-sector innovation methodology, and deep AI and agentic technology expertise to translate complex enterprise challenges into transformative, production-ready solution roadmaps. You will partner seamlessly with account leadership, technical delivery squads, and the broader Google ecosystem to lead innovation engagements from discovery through to value realization.

Responsibilities
- Lead design thinking workshops, discovery sprints, and co-creation sessions with clients to identify, validate, and prioritize high-impact AI use cases aligned with key business outcomes.
- Direct customer journey mapping, user research synthesis, and rapid experience prototyping for retail customer touchpoints, omnichannel shopping, and digital store operations.
- Apply applied expertise in artificial intelligence, generative AI, and agentic technology (including Gemini, Vertex AI, and GECX) to build compelling product narratives and define qualitative and quantitative business value cases.
- Translate abstract client needs into actionable product goals, user stories, success metrics, and sprint backlogs, ensuring solutions are built as scalable products rather than bespoke project deliverables.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in a customer-facing role within innovation strategy, design strategy, product management, or management consulting.
- Experience with AI technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning, or AI agent architectures) and cloud platforms.
- Experience advising enterprise leaders (Vice President/CxO) and leading cross-functional engagements.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Strategic Design, or a related field.
- Experience leading design/innovation firms and tier-1 strategy consulting firms.
- Experience with Google Cloud's AI stack (Gemini, Vertex, GECX), building ROI models and repeatable product frameworks.
- Track record of pattern recognition to transform bespoke customer wins into scalable, industry-wide innovation plays.
- Track record of building product roadmaps, rapid value cases (qualitative and quantitative ROI models), user experience prototypes, and repeatable product frameworks.
