JOB FUNCTION:
As an Indirect ASP Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in shaping Lexmark's indirect service landscape across EMEA. Acting as the connection between service partners, logistics providers, country organizations, and regional teams, you will ensure seamless service delivery while driving operational excellence. This is a highly visible position offering the opportunity to influence strategic initiatives, streamline operations, optimize costs, and implement scalable solutions that support both customer success and business growth.
ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND AUTHORITY:
Strategic Role:
- Define and execute the EMEA indirect service strategy in line with global objectives.
- Develop and implement service contracts and operating models.
- Use business insights and data analysis to identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Contribute to regional projects and service transformation initiatives.
- Increase efficiency, service quality, and overall business value.
- Track market developments and evolving customer expectations.
Practice Implementation Tasks:
- Lead the rollout and standardization of indirect service programs across EMEA.
- Partner with country teams to ensure consistent execution and governance.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks.
- Deliver new customer solutions and regional initiatives.
- Oversee service and logistics providers to ensure contractual commitments are met.
- Create clear procedures and maintain alignment across Finance, Sales, Service Delivery, and Operations.
- Present recommendations and support solution deployment for key stakeholders.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support budgeting, cost modelling, and financial planning activities.
- Review logistics results, service quality indicators, and expenditure.
- Drive continuous improvement and cost-efficiency programs.
- Act as the subject matter expert for spare parts and logistics topics.
- Ensure critical knowledge, best practices, and local requirements are documented and shared.
- Coordinate logistics-related changes with EMEA service partners.
- Provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or equivalent experience.
- Background in partner management, service delivery, logistics, or supply chain.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders in an international environment.
- Previous responsibility for outsourced providers or partner networks.
- Strong business analysis and continuous improvement experience.
- Proven project management skills within cross-functional teams.
- Experience with complex contracts and regional programs.
- Understanding of financial management and efficiency initiatives.
SKILLS:
- Fluent English & Italian; Spanish is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.
