Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Global R&D leaders to understand business priorities and provide HR support on team development and organization effectiveness.
  • Act as the on-site HR partner for the Wuhan R&D site, owning local HR initiatives, employee experience, and day-to-day HR operations.
  • Support cross-cultural collaboration and effective communication across regions.
  • Deliver high-quality execution of HR cycles (e.g., compensation, calibration) and provide data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with global HR to ensure alignment on key talent standards and programs.

Job Requirements:

• ​Bachelor’s degree or above in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Preferred 3-5 years of HR Generalist / HRBP experience, preferably in R&D or tech environment.
  • Strong business understanding and ability to link HR work with business outcomes.
  • Experience working with both local teams and cross-region/global stakeholders is preferred.
  • Solid skills in Excel (advanced functions) and PowerPoint; able to analyze data and generate insights.
  • Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English, with English proficiency being a must.
  • Open, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed environment.
