Description and Requirements

Job Description: 

  • Serve as an HR Business Partner to business leaders, driving talent strategy, organizational development, and workforce planning to support business growth. 

  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition initiatives, including workforce planning, talent mapping, market benchmarking, and recruitment strategy execution. 

  • Partner with leaders on organization design, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and talent development to enhance organizational effectiveness. 

  • Drive learning and development programs while continuously optimizing training frameworks to support business and strategic objectives. 

  • Provide trusted HR advisory services to leaders, managers, and employees, ensuring HR practices align with business needs and company policies. 

  • Leverage HR analytics and AI-powered tools to generate dashboard, insights, improve operational efficiency, and enable data-driven people decisions. 

Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline preferred. 

  • 1–3 years of HR-related experience. 

  • Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities. 

  • Experience supporting IT, Cloud, or technology organizations preferred. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI-powered tools for reporting and dashboard optimization. 

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. 

  • Adaptable, agile, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
