Description and Requirements
Job Description:
Serve as an HR Business Partner to business leaders, driving talent strategy, organizational development, and workforce planning to support business growth.
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition initiatives, including workforce planning, talent mapping, market benchmarking, and recruitment strategy execution.
Partner with leaders on organization design, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and talent development to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Drive learning and development programs while continuously optimizing training frameworks to support business and strategic objectives.
Provide trusted HR advisory services to leaders, managers, and employees, ensuring HR practices align with business needs and company policies.
Leverage HR analytics and AI-powered tools to generate dashboard, insights, improve operational efficiency, and enable data-driven people decisions.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
1–3 years of HR-related experience.
Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience supporting IT, Cloud, or technology organizations preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI-powered tools for reporting and dashboard optimization.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Adaptable, agile, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
