Description and Requirements
Job Description
Communicate with stakeholders to deeply understand business needs, user pain points, and opportunities for AI-driven innovation across HR functions.
Design generative AI solutions for HR related business, including technology selection, architecture design, and data processing workflows.
Draft detailed solution documentation, including technical plans, implementation schedules, and cost estimates.
Oversee overall project planning and management, ensuring timely and quality project delivery.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies, market trends, and customer needs to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements.
Coordinate internal teams to facilitate smooth project progress.
Monitor product performance, user adoption, and feedback to continuously improve user experience and business outcomes.
Acting as an AI tech product manager to increase user experience for HR systems and products.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields, or equivalent experience
At least 3 years of experience in the generative AI field, with a preference of having successfully implemented projects
Strong understanding of generative AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and AI product development methodologies.
Experience working with Learning & Development (L&D), talent development, talent skills intelligence etc.
Experience with Workday Learning AI, Sana for Workday, Skillsoft Percipio AI, or similar AI-powered learning platforms is highly preferred.
Strong AI-native mindset and hands-on experience leveraging AI technologies to design, build, and scale digital products.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable AI product solutions.
Effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
Deep understanding of the generative AI market, with the ability to identify industry trends and customer needs.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
