GSOC Supervisor

As a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Supervisor, you will lead operational shifts and manage initial quality control for GSOC output. You will bridge the gap between OSTs and leadership, managing high-priority incidents, evaluating threat intelligence, and ensuring seamless response and shift supervision.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $128000 - $187000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Lead shift-level threat triaging, incident response, and crisis management using established escalation and impact matrices.
- Direct live quality control across all shift deliverables, including report writing, verbal briefings, and incident standardization.
- Oversee team scheduling, ensure complete coverage, and lead GSOC operations managers when needed.
- Serve as a leadership liaison, align regional operations with peer supervisors, and foster a team culture built on psychological safety.
- Identify training gaps, strengthen GSOC workflows, and advocate AI integration to continually advance regional operational capabilities.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in law enforcement, intelligence or a military role, or equivalent private sector experience.
Preferred qualifications:
- Deep expertise in managing CCTV, access control systems, and incident response frameworks.
- Understanding of geopolitical trends, emerging international threats, and macro-level risk dynamics.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality, customer-oriented security programs and operations.
- Exceptional ethical standards with a demonstrated ability to manage sensitive, highly confidential information diplomatically.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills to evaluate threats and drive proactive solutions.
- Excellent people management and leadership capabilities with a track record of building collaborative cross-team relationships.
