Here on the Apple Store Online team, we are responsible for Apple’s largest store. Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. The Apple Retail team is seeking an exceptional Go-to-Market Commercial Manager to develop Greater China’s commercial strategy, driving transformative growth across Retail’s different route-to-market. You will play a pivotal role in exploring new initiatives, refining program and offer strategies, and supporting business performance through data-driven insights and market analysis.

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end planning and execution of commercial programs and offers, partnering closely with cross-functional teams across Retail and broader Apple global organisation. You will combine deep analytical acumen, consumer insights, and the unique dynamics of China together with creative problem solving to shape retail strategies, to identify new opportunities, and to elevate how Apple shows up across markets.
As Commercial Manager, you will support the development and execution of the commercial growth plan for Apple Retail (Online and Stores) in China. Success in this position requires in depth market analysis, strategic thinking, strong collaboration across teams, and the ability to translate insights into innovative growth initiatives and results.
Responsibilities
- Develop commercial initiatives and support promotions from planning to execution phase in online and offline channels
- Conduct market and competitor analysis on product trends, pricing, and commercial capabilities to inform business decisions
- Leverage business intelligence and industry trends to uncover performance drivers sales opportunities, Apple Retail’s competitiveness, and customer experience improvements
- Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, aligning with WW leadership and key stakeholders to drive execution.
- Shape regional commercial and digital strategies, providing future-focused insights to shape Retail’s future commercial roadmap.
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of e-commerce or retail experience, specializing in commercial management and GTM strategy.
- Proficient in analytics and turning complex data into actionable business decisions.
- Strong business acumen coupled with excellent process design and execution skills.
- Able to deliver on strategic KPIs in high-velocity, constantly evolving environments.
- Highly effective at partnering with and influencing cross-functional, multi-geo teams.
- Fluent in English and Chinese, with the ability to confidently present to senior leadership.
- Experience in the consumer electronics sector (channel strategies, competitive landscapes) is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA is a plus.
