Help us build the digital commercial framework for a sustainable future. We're looking for a recent graduate with an interest in commercial law and AI to join our team in October 2026. To be eligible, you’ll need to hold Australian or New Zealand permanent residency or citizenship.

About the Program

Our 2-year graduate program is designed to help you grow into a confident professional with strong technical capability, commercial competence and lasting connections.

Rather than moving through short rotations, you’ll join one team and build depth in your role over time. That means more ownership, stronger mentoring, and a clearer view of how your work contributes to business outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Review, prepare and support the negotiation of commercial documents including contracts, NDAs and deeds
  • Build practical experience in commercial law and contract management while supporting real business outcomes
  • Work closely with experienced colleagues to help ensure agreements are accurate, well-managed and professionally communicated
  • Use your attention to detail and organisation skills to manage priorities and keep contract processes moving
  • Bring fresh ideas to help the team explore AI and automation in everyday commercial and administrative work
  • Collaborate across teams to support projects that contribute to more sustainable and efficient infrastructure outcomes

About You


We know that talent comes in many forms, and we welcome applications from people with different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives. You might be a great fit if you bring: 

  • A degree in Business, Commerce or Law, with exposure to commercial law through your studies
  • Strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in contracts, risk and commercial outcomes
  • Good time management and the ability to stay organised across multiple tasks
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Curiosity, initiative and an interest in AI, innovation and new ways of working

To be eligible for our graduate program, you’ll need to be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or hold Australian permanent residency at the time of application
