Global Inclusion Principal/Senior Professional
The Global Inclusion team at HQ Hsinchu is seeking an enthusiastic and innovative partner to join us in shaping the future of a workplace where collaboration, empowerment, and innovation thrive. As a Principal/Senior Global Inclusion Professional, you will be at the forefront of creating an inclusive environment with sense of belonging. This role is ideal for someone who is agile, resilient, open-minded, and self-driven, with strong strategic thinking, analytical skills and execution ability to plan, implement and enable global inclusion initiatives, including ERGs management and HR-related ESG projects, that advance people experience, engagement and sustainability. Working alongside cross-functional teams, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing strategies that align People Vision, Global Inclusive Workplace Statement, with actionable projects, ensuring measurable success and a lasting positive business impact.
Job Responsibilities
The role is expected to be agile, resilient, open-minded, and self-motivated to foster a global inclusive workplace, including but not limited to
1. Global Inclusive Workplace (GIW) project management – Manage GIW projects from plan, implementation to completion in a timely manner with effective cross-functional teams’ collaborations; update inclusion management rules to make sure fulfilling global trends and compliance.
2. Stakeholder engagement and communications – Manage and develop GIW content and communication materials with multiple stakeholders from strategic perspectives through various platforms by measurable performance and assessment from short-term to long-term goals.
3. Employee Resource Group (ERG) collaborations: foster an inclusive workplace by co-working with international ERG core team as an integrated HR sponsor role to bridge resources, develop management and ensure effective progress, success and sustainability; integrate cross-ERGs synergies by planning and implementing systematic approaches.
Job Qualifications
1. At least 6-8 years proven professional experience in marketing, communications, policy, or project management from global scope.
2. Bachelor’s degree or above in social sciences, mass communications, or business management majors as a fluent bilingual (Mandarin/English) user.
3. An efficient project management professional with excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, lead the projects and drive positive results.
4. Demonstrate self-motivated capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while effectively addressing accountability and responsibility.
5. Open-minded team player that proactively takes initiative and can think out of the box to work with cross-functional teams and enable evolving change with digital transformation mindset.
6. Strong understanding of global inclusive culture and experience with related strategies, employee engagement trends, and sustainability practices is highly desirable.
