Job Family Definition:

Responsible for leading global Logistics & Spares Sourcing strategy, governance, performance management, and business operations activities that support the company and its customers. Includes developing and managing sourcing performance frameworks, supply chain analytics, source-to-contract governance, financial planning, executive reporting, and long-term sourcing strategies. Emphasis is on Commercial KPI management and articulation, Sourcing alignment with Finance, data-driven decision making, Source to Contracts governance, Sourcing performance & financial management, compliance, and strategic planning.

Develops procurement business processes, governance models, policies, and operating mechanisms required to achieve organizational objectives. Primary objective is to optimize sourcing performance, improve operational visibility, manage financial outcomes, ensure compliance with corporate requirements, and support long-range business goals. Adds value to the company through performance management, cross-functional leadership, strategic planning, and execution of governance initiatives across Logistics & Spares Sourcing functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads global Logistics and Spares Sourcing governance, performance management, and strategic planning activities across multiple business functions.
  • Owns development, consolidation, and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) across Global Logistics & Spares Sourcing (GLSS), providing insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Drives cross-functional performance management initiatives, ensuring alignment across sourcing, operations, finance, and business stakeholders.
  • Leads source-to-contract governance processes, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, contracting standards, approval workflows, and audit requirements.
  • Ensure governance of Source to Contracts processes – Coupa or similar sourcing process, Icertis Contract Mgmt., Sourcing Data setup, standardization & governance across multiple modes & commodities.
  • Develops and maintains logistics and spares sourcing operating mechanisms, policies,  scorecards, dashboards, and performance review frameworks.
  • Partners with Finance and functional leaders on budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and spend management activities.
  • Coordinates Long-Term Planning (LTP) activities for Logistics and Spares Sourcing, translating business requirements into sourcing strategies and financial roadmaps.
  • Prepares executive-level communications, business reviews, operational updates, and strategic presentations for senior leadership.
  • Leads complex analytical projects, leveraging data-driven insights to identify optimization opportunities, performance risks, and business improvement initiatives.
  • Drives policy development, process documentation, governance execution, and continuous improvement initiatives across global sourcing functions.
  • Develops strategies for Sourcing excellence, organizational effectiveness, risk mitigation, and performance transparency.
  • Leads large, international, cross-functional teams and initiatives to support long-term organizational objectives.

Education and Experience Required:

First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.

Typically 8–15 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, sourcing, procurement, operations, finance, or performance management functions.

Proven experience working within a large multinational corporate environment with global stakeholder engagement and governance requirements.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent understanding of supply chain/ procurement finance, with strong preference for Logistics, Transportation, Fulfillment, Reverse Logistics, or Spares Operations experience.
  • Strong passion for data, analytics, financial modeling, and business performance management; with an ability to translate Sourcing KPI into Financial and C-level communication.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into executive-level recommendations.
  • Advanced business application skills (Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Microsoft PowerPoint, and enterprise reporting tools).
  • Proven experience establishing and managing KPI frameworks, scorecards, performance reviews, and business operating mechanisms.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, spend analysis, and business case development.
  • Demonstrated experience driving cross-functional performance management across multiple teams and organizations.
  • Deep understanding of corporate governance structures, policies, controls, approval processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience developing process documentation, governance frameworks, standard operating procedures, and policy enforcement mechanisms.
  • Advanced communication skills, including executive presentations and stakeholder management
  • Strong program and project management skills across complex global initiatives.
  • Mastery in English
