Description and Requirements
Performance Marketing Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute the performance marketing strategy across Retail and D2C channels, aligned with business priorities and revenue targets.
- Own customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue growth objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities through audience expansion, media innovation, and funnel optimization.
- Drive full-funnel performance marketing initiatives, ensuring integration across paid media, CRM, e-commerce, and retail marketing activities.
- Lead annual, quarterly, and monthly performance planning processes, defining investment strategies and expected business outcomes.
Budget Management & Marketing Efficiency
- Manage and optimize multimillion-dollar marketing budgets across digital channels.
- Ensure efficient allocation of investments based on business impact, performance metrics, and profitability goals.
- Continuously improve marketing effectiveness through testing frameworks, attribution analysis, and performance optimization.
- Monitor and improve key efficiency metrics, including CAC, ROAS, MER, CPA, and customer lifetime value.
Data Analytics & Business Performance
- Establish a robust measurement framework to evaluate campaign, channel, and business performance.
- Generate actionable insights through data analysis and performance reporting.
- Develop forecasting models and performance scenarios to support strategic decision-making.
- Leverage data to identify trends, growth opportunities, customer behaviors, and business risks.
- Partner with Analytics and Business Intelligence teams to strengthen attribution, measurement, and reporting capabilities.
E-commerce & Customer Acquisition
- Drive traffic, conversion, and revenue growth for Motorola's D2C business.
- Partner with E-commerce teams to optimize the customer journey and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate on initiatives related to website performance, landing pages, merchandising, promotions, and digital experience optimization.
- Support acquisition and retention strategies that increase customer lifetime value.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with Retail, E-commerce, CRM, Finance, Product, Sales, and Agency partners to align marketing investments with business objectives.
- Influence senior stakeholders through performance insights, recommendations, and business cases.
- Align marketing strategies with broader commercial and brand objectives.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Performance Marketing team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, experimentation, continuous learning, and data-driven decision-making.
- Establish clear goals, performance expectations, and professional development plans for team members.
- Promote best practices in performance marketing, analytics, and operational excellence.
