Full Stack Software Engineer, FrontRow Database Observability

Responsibilities
- Influence beyond your immediate project, identify, recommend, and execute improvements to our shared codebase. Take risks and try new things that the team hasn't done before.
- Design, implement, launch, and land features with high product excellence, high technical quality, and at high velocity. Develop large scale, user-facing applications.
- Have an opinion about how to improve the user experience. Work with your UX, Product Manager (PM), and Backend Software Engineer (BE SWE) partners to influence the direction of the product and the platform.
- Share your knowledge with your teammates to increase our collective effectiveness.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Java, C/C++ or Javacsript.
- Experience leading software projects and developing large-scale web applications.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working collaboratively with various partner teams such as UX designers, UX researchers, Product Managers and other Engineering teams.
- Experience working on Database tooling like Observability tools, Database IDEs, etc.
- Experience using different Cloud Databases, both Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) and NoSQL and can reason about the tradeoffs between them.
