Join our dynamic team at the Capability Center for WW Operations FP&A, where you'll support a variety of critical workstreams. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving transformative initiatives across **P&L Planning and Reporting, Head Count Controllership, and Global Capital Management**.

Key job responsibilities
Drive planning and reporting of worldwide operations across P&L, headcount, and capital management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial data analysis.
Collaborate closely with business and finance teams to identify opportunities for optimizing financial processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
Drive the automation of the planning and reporting framework and models, utilizing AI-based automation and advanced technology to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
Maintain good controllership across all FP&A workstreams, implementing robust controls and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science)
  • 2+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
  • Experience in corporate finance including budgeting/planning, forecasting and reporting
  • Knowledge of standard software including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA skills

Preferred Qualifications


- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science)
