- Manage consolidated monthly reporting of actuals for Amazon Music, ensuring accuracy and completeness by extracting data and cross-checking against published sources
- Lead regular planning cycles including quarterly guidance and operating plan mechanisms, partnering with the finance team to deliver timely and comprehensive analysis
- Build financial reports and models that inform business decision-making, applying financial and business key performance indicators to support strategic recommendations
- Analyze complex financial data to identify trends and insights, drawing conclusions that help leadership understand Music business performance and make informed decisions
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance controllership and reporting efficiency, creating documentation to support knowledge transfer across the team

Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of finance experience
- 1+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science)
- Knowledge of standard software including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA skills
- Experience using data to influence business decisions
- 1+ years of experience in corporate finance including budgeting/planning, forecasting and reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- Experience in TM1, Data Warehouse and SQL

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
