Overview:
The Financial Accountant Analyst supports accounting operations for the Canada business, ensuring accurate financial transactions, account reconciliations, and compliance with accounting policies and internal controls. This role plays a critical part in maintaining financial data integrity, supporting month-end activities, and delivering timely and accurate financial reporting in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

What You Will Do:
- Process and review accounting transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve variances and discrepancies in a timely manner
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support business and management decision-making
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting and payment-related issues
- Utilize ERP and accounting systems, including E-Automate, SAP, and other financial tools to manage financial transactions and reporting requirements
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in automation and efficiency initiatives
What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting, accounts payable, finance operations, or related accounting functions
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes
- Experience using ERP systems; E-Automate and SAP experience are highly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
