Want to own the financial strategy that shapes how leadership understands and acts on one of Amazon's fastest-growing businesses? Amazon Canada's third-party (3P) Store spans thousands of sellers across FBA and MFN channels, and we're looking for a Finance Manager to be the single point of accountability for topline growth.

  • Build cohort-level growth driver analytics that decompose performance and translate patterns into actionable recommendations.
  • Benchmark performance against external data and traffic patterns to inform planning and investment decisions.
  • Evaluate new business models by building P&Ls, defining profitability thresholds, and driving investment decisions with data.
  • Own real-time and post-event financial reporting for High Value Events like Prime Day
  • Lead 3P-specific input into quarterly planning cycles, benchmarking forecasts against actuals and identifying channel-specific risks and opportunities.
  • Pioneer AI-powered finance workflows, designing, deploying, and governing AI agents that automate reporting, generate narratives, and accelerate analysis.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
  • 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience
  • 5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of SQL/ETL
  • 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
  • 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
  • Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
  • Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
