• Provide calibration, testing, and functional verification services for electronic instruments and a small range of non-electrical equipment, including network analyzers, wireless communication testers, semiconductor test systems, general-purpose instruments, environmental test equipment, and torque measurement devices, while delivering Keysight's high-quality service experience to customers.
• Perform daily laboratory calibration activities and other assigned calibration-related tasks in accordance with Keysight's quality management system requirements.
• Communicate effectively with customers and address technical or service-related concerns by leveraging professional metrology knowledge and quality system expertise to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Achieve departmental objectives and KPI targets efficiently, while collaborating across functions to deliver Keysight's service value and help customers succeed.
• Occasional business travel may be required.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Instrumentation, Communications Engineering, Automation, Metrology, or related disciplines.
• Relevant experience in calibration, testing, maintenance, or application of electronic instruments and equipment is preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001, and CNAS requirements is preferred, especially for experienced candidates.
• CME (Certified Metrology Engineer) certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages is an advantage.
• Good English reading and writing skills, with CET-4 or CET-6 certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with clear logical thinking and the ability to adapt to changes and challenges.
• Honest, proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about work, with strong learning agility, execution capability, and a willingness to take on challenges.
