職務概要
アカウントチームのリーダーとして、最大手グローバルアカウントのお客様を担当していただきます。ポケットからクラウドまでを網羅するLenovo製品・サービス、AI、そしてパートナーソリューションを組み合わせた提案で、クライアントのビジネスに貢献し、かつチームの目標を達成します。このポジションには、売り上げ目標を達成してきた営業経験とスキル、コンサルティング型の営業アプローチ、Cレベルとのコミュニケーション経験、グローバルチームをリードする能力、そして新しいことへのチャレンジを厭わないマインドが求められます。

営業戦略と実行
- 売上目標を達成するための戦略的アカウントプランの策定と実行
- 社内外・国内外のステークホルダーとの協業
- 売上目標の達成
アカウント・リレーション管理
- 顧客満足度の向上
- 定期的なビジネスレビュー開催をとおしての、提供品質の確認と改善
- Cレベルのステークホルダーとのリレーション確立と維持
◇募集要件について◇
・IT営業経験10年以上
・Sales Management Skillを保持している方
・Sales Leadership経験 最低５年以上の方
■あると望ましい要件
・デバイスのみならずソリューションセールスの経験者
・流暢な日本語とビジネス英語の会話スキル

■雇用形態 : 正社員 (試用期間: 6ヵ月）

■給与条件 : 経験、スキルなどを考慮し決定
■就業時間 : 9:00-17:45 (休憩時間: 1 hour (12:00-13:00))
■休日 : 土日祝日、会社創立記念日、特別休暇
