Description and Requirements

岗位职责

•需求挖掘，深入客户一线（500强企业），通过观察和访谈，识别业务流程中低效环节和核心痛点；将模糊的业务需求转换为精准的技术需求文档

•负责客户供应链数字化项目的 端到端交付管理（启动 / 计划 / 执行 / 收尾）

•制定并维护项目计划（WBS、里程碑、资源），确保 范围、进度、质量、风险受控

•作为联想项目组与客户的 主要接口人，管理客户预期，主持项目例会、阶段评审与状态汇报

•推动咨询顾问、实施/开发、测试等多角色协同，确保交付物符合约定方案与验收标准

•负责 需求变更、风险与问题管理，必要时进行升级与跨团队协调

•支持系统测试、上线切换、稳定期与运维移交，确保项目顺利收尾

岗位要求

•本科及以上学历，5 年以上项目管理经验

•至少 3 年以上客户（To-B）系统实施 / 咨询交付项目经验

•有供应链数字化相关项目经验者优先，包括但不限于：

•供应链计划（Demand / Supply / S&OP / APS）

•订单履约、供应商协同（SCC / VMI）

•仓储物流（WMS）等

•熟悉咨询 / 系统实施项目完整生命周期（蓝图、设计、实施、测试、上线、验收）

•具备良好的客户沟通、项目控场与问题推动能力

•能适应项目制工作节奏（短期出差或驻场）

•PMP / PRINCE2/SCMP 等项目管理认证

•有 SOW / 合同交付、阶段验收或回款里程碑经验
