Key Responsibilities • Facility Knowledge and System Logic Learning: Acquire foundational knowledge of critical facility systems (e.g., HVAC, Electrical Distribution, Cleanroom Control, or Water Treatment). Understand system operation logic, interlocking mechanisms, and cross-system processes. • Operations and Maintenance Process Familiarization: Learn and participate in the end-to-end daily operation workflow, learn standard operating procedures (SOPs), and change management processes etc. • Digital Tools and Workflow Automation: Learn to utilize Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps to automate manual facility workflows, to improve the working efficiency and expedite the approval process. • Knowledge Management and SharePoint Development: Design, structure, and maintain the department's SharePoint portal to optimize internal engineering documentation, tracking sheets, and collaborative knowledge sharing. • Data Support and Continuous Improvement: Assist engineers in collecting system operational data, tracking PM compliance indicators, and identifying optimization opportunities for cost-saving or efficiency improvementQualifications:
• Academic Background: Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline. • Core Engineering Knowledge: Solid understanding of basic engineering principles, engineering drawings (CAD/PID), and control systems logic. • MS Office Suite Capabilities o Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint site configuration and permission management. o Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate (building cloud flows, automated notifications) and Power Apps (developing simple canvas apps for data entry or tracking). • Soft Skills: o Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and process improvement. o Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interface with cross-functional technical teams. o Self-motivated learner who can adapt quickly to complex industrial systems. o Fluent English speaking and Proficient in technical English writing
