Description and Requirements

 

Lenovo Solutions & Services Group (SSG) is seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief of Staff & Customer Experience Leader to support the Executive Director, Europe & META Services Support. This highly visible leadership role combines executive partnership, customer experience ownership, business transformation, and operational excellence. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will drive strategic initiatives, optimize business performance, lead a high-impact Customer Experience organization, and accelerate AI-driven innovation across the services business. The role requires strong executive presence, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams across Europe, META, and global services organizations to deliver measurable business outcomes and exceptional customer experiences.

What You Will Do: 

  • Executive & Chief of Staff Support: Coordinate Business Management System (BMS) reviews and leadership operating rhythms, drive execution of strategic priorities, prepare executive presentations and communications, and act as a trusted liaison between the Executive Director and cross-functional teams.
  • Customer Experience Leadership: Lead the Customer Experience team and own the CX strategy and roadmap, driving initiatives that improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, service quality, and customer-centric decision-making across the organization.

  • Business Transformation & Operational Excellence: Lead strategic transformation and process optimization initiatives, drive automation and AI adoption, monitor business performance through KPIs, and implement continuous improvement and change management programs.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Align priorities across Europe & META and global services teams, coordinate strategic initiatives across functions and regions, and ensure accountability, stakeholder engagement, and successful project execution.

  • AI & Future-Ready Digital Enablement (FDE): Design, build, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions, applying hands-on expertise in GenAI, machine learning, prompt engineering, and AI application development to automate processes, enhance customer experiences, and translate operational challenges into measurable business outcomes.

What You Will Bring:

  • Proven experience in a Chief of Staff, Business Operations, Strategy, Transformation, Program Management, or Customer Experience leadership role within a complex, fast-paced, international environment.

  • Strong executive stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders, align cross-functional teams, and drive execution of strategic priorities.

  • Demonstrated experience leading Customer Experience (CX) initiatives, developing customer-centric strategies, and delivering improvements in customer satisfaction, loyalty, and service quality.

  • Track record of driving business transformation, operational excellence, and process improvement programs, with measurable business impact.

  • Hands-on experience with AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives, including the ability to identify opportunities and implement technology-driven solutions.

  • Strong analytical and business acumen, with experience monitoring KPIs, translating insights into actions, and leading data-driven decision-making.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare executive-level presentations, business reviews, and leadership communications for diverse audiences.

  • Ability to lead complex cross-functional and global initiatives, managing multiple stakeholders, driving accountability, and successfully delivering strategic programs across regions and functions.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

The anticipated initial gross base salary range for this position is €50800–74470 per year. This range applies to the primary job location Slovakia and is determined using objective, non-discriminatory and gender-neutral criteria, including skills and relevant experience. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations. 

Individuals may also be eligible for variable compensation (such as bonus or commission), depending on the role. The applicable variable pay model, eligibility, and target levels will be discussed during the recruitment process. 

In addition to base salary and any applicable variable compensation, Lenovo provides statutory remuneration components required by local law, as well as Lenovo's comprehensive benefits package supporting employee well-being, development, and equal opportunities. 

For roles open across multiple countries, local base salary ranges may vary based on market conditions, internal frameworks, and legal requirements. The relevant local range will be transparently communicated during the initial discussions.
