Job Description: 

Join Intel's Global Research, Development, Sales & Marketing (RDSM) Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) team based at the Poland Development Center.

As an EHS Student Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting environmental, health, and safety programs across Intel's global operations. You will collaborate with experienced EHS professionals while contributing to projects that help protect employees, support regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across a diverse range of business functions.

In this role, you will have opportunities to:

  • Support the preparation and submission of environmental reports required by local authorities and regulatory agencies.
  • Assist with workplace assessments related to noise, lighting, indoor air quality, radio frequency exposure, and other occupational health topics.
  • Participate in EHS audits and assessments, helping to identify improvement opportunities and document findings.
  • Contribute to the implementation of EHS standards, programs, and best practices across multiple countries.
  • Support local and regional EHS awareness campaigns and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Partner with EHS professionals from different regions and business groups, gaining exposure to a global work environment.
  • Assist with data analysis, reporting, and project coordination activities that support Intel's EHS objectives.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Chemistry, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.
  • At least two years remaining until graduation.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 24 hours per week.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

We offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry.

The minimum Annual Salary for this job which could be performed in Poland is: 68 880,00 zł

The job posting reflects the minimum base compensation for this role. Our standard internship rates are aligned with the specific job role and degree level. As part of our total compensation approach, the final offer may also include additional pay components and benefits. Your recruiting team will provide the confirmed base salary along with any applicable total compensation elements upon employment offer delivery.

Work Model for this Role
