Description and Requirements

 

Join Lenovo’s Solutions & Services Group (SSG) as an EMEA CES Market Sourcing Enabler and play a key role in expanding Lenovo’s Circular Economy Services across the EMEA region. In this position, you will identify and develop sourcing opportunities, build strong relationships with vendors and partners, and support the operational processes that enable technology assets to enter their next lifecycle. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help drive market growth, improve customer outcomes, and ensure the successful execution of circular economy initiatives. You will also contribute to process improvements, business case development, and the launch of new capabilities that strengthen Lenovo’s lifecycle services portfolio. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Value Recovery Services, you will help position Lenovo as a trusted leader in sustainable technology and asset lifecycle management.

What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and Lenovo vendors to analyze customer processes and environments and provide circular economy expertise and overall solution recommendations.
  • Creates business case collateral to be leveraged to assist product offering development.
  • Educate customers and internal stakeholders on circular economy services. Engage as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on circular economy solutions. 
  • Challenge existing processes to ensure delivery of the best solution for the customer. 
  • Governs and supports the end to end executional and fulfillment processes to deliver assets into the next life cycle of that asset.
  • Collaborate with the Business and Digital Transformation teams on IT development needed to launch new capabilities and fulfillment processes.
  • Maintain an up to date knowledge and understanding of certifications, technology, tools and toolsets in the industry.
What You Will Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in solution development, business development, project management, and/or services operations.
  • Proven background in project management, product lifecycle management, and managing customer and vendor contracts.
  • Experience with electronic device end-of-life management and circular economy initiatives.
  • Strong track record of driving process improvements across multiple countries, regions, or business units.
  • Hands-on experience in vendor management and operating effective business governance frameworks.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and turn insights into business decisions; strong Excel proficiency required.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; SAP knowledge or experience is a plus.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

The anticipated initial gross base salary range for this position is €22700–33220 per year. This range applies to the primary job location Slovakia and is determined using objective, non-discriminatory and gender-neutral criteria, including skills and relevant experience. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations. 

Individuals may also be eligible for variable compensation (such as bonus or commission), depending on the role. The applicable variable pay model, eligibility, and target levels will be discussed during the recruitment process. 

In addition to base salary and any applicable variable compensation, Lenovo provides statutory remuneration components required by local law, as well as Lenovo's comprehensive benefits package supporting employee well-being, development, and equal opportunities. 

For roles open across multiple countries, local base salary ranges may vary based on market conditions, internal frameworks, and legal requirements. The relevant local range will be transparently communicated during the initial discussions.
