EHS Specialist - Siemens Mobility

The new role - challenging and future-oriented
- Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs, procedures, and policies to ensure full compliance with National Regulations and Company Policies. Periodically inspect, audit, and review safe work practices across all assigned sites and project locations;
- Coordinate site activities in the field of Occupational Safety & Health, Fire Safety, and Environmental Protection in accordance with applicable national legislation and Siemens Mobility internal procedures;
- Provide dedicated support on Sustainability topics, including ESG data collection and reporting, environmental performance monitoring, and the promotion of sustainable working practices across all assigned sites, in line with company sustainability goals and EU regulatory requirements;
- Manage and coordinate the training process for all employees in the fields of Occupational Safety & Health, Fire Safety, and Environmental Protection, including developing training themes and curricula, establishing the periodicity of training and testing sessions, carrying out, following up, and accurately recording all training activities;
- Develop, implement, and continuously update EHS documentation in line with applicable regulatory requirements and project-specific needs, ensuring full traceability and compliance with applicable Siemens Mobility standards and national regulations;
- Ensure the permanent update and accuracy of all documentation in the fields of Occupational Safety & Health, Fire Safety, and Environmental Protection.
Qualifications – solid and relevant
- Experience in Health & Safety and Occupational Health related to railway/construction/petrochemical industry – min. 3 years (Certification in EHS is required)
- Ability to conduct audits and inspections on site acc. to ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Intermediate in English language (fluent in English would be appreciated);
