Join Xerox as a DocuCare Associate I and become part of a collaborative onsite team supporting a major hospital in Sheffield. In this customer-facing role, you will help ensure office devices remain operational through preventative maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and consumable management. Whether you are beginning your technical career or bringing transferable customer service experience from another industry, Xerox provides the training and support to help you succeed and grow.

What You Will Do:

  • Perform preventative maintenance on Xerox office devices to help maximize equipment availability.
  • Respond to first-line service requests, including clearing paper jams and replacing toner, drums, fusers, and other consumables.
  • Maintain device cleanliness, replenish supplies, and ensure work areas remain organized.
  • Record service activities and maintain accurate onsite inventory of parts and consumables.
  • Collaborate with teammates and escalate more complex technical issues in accordance with established support procedures while delivering excellent customer service.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • A Levels or equivalent qualifications.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on delivering excellent service.
  • Basic IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Teams.
  • A proactive, flexible approach with the ability to prioritize work and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Good technical or electrical aptitude with a willingness to learn. Technical training will be provided, and applicants from a variety of industries are encouraged to apply.
  • This position requires a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance coverage meeting company-specified minimums, and the ability to meet the company's motor vehicle safety standards.
