Director, North America GSI Partnerships, Accenture
The NorthAm Global System Integrators (GSI) Partnerships team manages strategic relationships with our top partners. We are seeking a Director, NorthAm GSI Partnerships, Accenture to lead the rapid scaling of Accenture’s NorthAm business on Google Cloud and drive AI transformation with our joint customers. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to Accenture, collaborating across both Accenture and Google Sales organizations to identify new opportunities, develop advanced AI capabilities, execute go-to-market campaigns, secure strategic wins, and deliver outstanding customer success.
As a Director, NorthAm GSI Partnerships, Accenture, you will define and execute business development strategy with Accenture across the entire range of Google Cloud products and services while at times focusing on a specific solution or product set for the NorthAm market. You will define the solution strategy with Accenture, build cross-functional teams, foster critical relationships at the C-level and showcase Google’s technology to our potential customers. You will also work closely with Google Cloud sales leaders across NorthAm to ensure productive sales engagement. Additionally, you will partner with the Global Partner team, Legal and Enablement teams to ensure success of the Accenture Alliance.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $230000 - $320000 (USD) + 66.67% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Engage C-level stakeholders and foster cross-functional relationships between Google and partner executives to drive long-term alliance success.
- Define and execute a global Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy focused on pipeline identification, business development, and business generation.
- Develop clear business plans with joint initiatives and specific goals for growing pipeline, wins, and consumption.
- Demonstrate deep product and competitive knowledge to influence the industry and guide high-level directional decisions for partner needs.
- Create compelling offerings by quantifying opportunities, justifying investments, and tracking performance against measurable success metrics.
Minimum qualifications:
- 15 years of experience in strategy consulting, enterprise sales or business development, including 5 years in working with global SIs.
- Experience with public cloud solutions & services in the enterprise segment.
- Experience in designing and building go-to-market models with Global SIs.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in a technical field.
- Knowledge of the cloud services landscape and ability to provide industry insights.
- Strong communication skills and ability to conduct partner CXO engagements.
- Proven leadership & persuasion skills along with the ability to mentor others.
- Skills in translating data and trends into strategies and compelling messages.
