Overview
This role will serve as a key leader supporting the commercial integration and revenue performance strategy for Mastercard's Recorded Future business. The successful candidate will help establish and evolve the operating model that enables Mastercard and Recorded Future to work together effectively, ensuring alignment across sales, customer success, product, finance, and operations teams globally.
This individual will partner closely with regional and global stakeholders to drive execution, improve commercial effectiveness, and support long-term business growth objectives. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with success dependent on the ability to navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and create structure in an evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Integration & Operating Model Development
Support the development and execution of the commercial integration strategy between Mastercard and Recorded Future.
Design, implement, and optimize operating models that drive collaboration across customer-facing and support functions.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, alignment, and execution across regions.
Develop scalable frameworks, governance, and best practices that support long-term commercial success.
Drive adoption of integration initiatives and change management efforts across stakeholder groups.

Revenue Performance & Business Execution
Partner with regional leaders to improve revenue performance and business outcomes.
Support forecasting, pipeline management, business reviews, retention initiatives, and growth opportunities.
Monitor key performance indicators and provide insights to improve business effectiveness.
Ensure teams remain aligned to strategic priorities and commercial objectives.

Stakeholder Management & Leadership
Build trusted relationships across Mastercard and Recorded Future organizations.
Influence business outcomes through collaboration, relationship building, and executive stakeholder engagement.
Drive alignment across multiple functions, teams, and regions in a highly matrixed environment.
Facilitate communication and coordination between stakeholders to support execution and business objectives.

Strategic Problem Solving
Analyze business challenges and develop practical recommendations that drive measurable results.
Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities across the integration landscape.
Lead initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness, operational scalability, and commercial performance.
Create clarity and structure in situations where processes and responsibilities continue to evolve.

Qualifications
Required Experience
Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives within large matrixed organizations.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes without direct authority.
Demonstrated success building processes, frameworks, operating models, or transformation initiatives.
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of revenue performance drivers.
Experience working across multiple business functions and global regions.
Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and successfully navigate changing priorities.
Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
High emotional intelligence with the ability to work effectively across different personalities, teams, and organizational cultures.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more. Purchase, New York: $177,000 - $284,000 USD
