Description and Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall R&D planning and execution of the ISS AI transformation strategy, driving the adoption of AI technologies across the organization.
- Design, build, and continuously enhance proprietary AI platforms, including private Large Language Models (LLMs) and agent orchestration/harness systems.
- Drive the transformation of internal systems into AI-native applications to improve operational efficiency and business value.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand ISS service delivery requirements and develop AI-driven applications and tools for key business scenarios.
- Oversee the technical architecture, development, and deployment of in-house AI solutions, including resilience management platforms, end-to-end service platforms, and AI-powered upsell solutions.
- Consolidate and strengthen the organization’s core AI intellectual property and technology capabilities.
- Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate resources to ensure the successful and timely delivery of AI projects.
- Promote effective collaboration across R&D, operations, and business teams to drive innovation and operational excellence.
Job Requirements:
- Strong experience in AI platform development, machine learning applications, and large-scale system architecture design.
- Proven expertise in building and implementing AI solutions, including Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, or related AI technologies.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, technical architecture, and enterprise application development.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable AI-driven products, tools, and technical solutions.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technical projects from planning through delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple business and technical functions.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, technology transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives within an organization.
