Objective of the role: To own and manage relationships with a large territory of longtail Tier 3 accounts as a full sales cycle seller. To drive sales/upsell/cross-sell in a comprehensive selling motion, across all Visa products and solutions, which includes virtual engagement and system touchpoints.
The Digital Sales Representative (DSR) will be responsible for the following duties:
- Apply knowledge of how Visa products and offerings are used to enable business goals or overcome business challenges to sell Visa products and offerings and maintain customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Manages current accounts, identifies new account opportunities, maintains account plans, creates presentation materials that are applicable to all levels of the client organization.
- Forecasts sales and has knowledge of sales cycles from initial contact through the procurement process, ensuring sales tools are utilized appropriately and maintained regularly.
- Participate in client communications, and develops and delivers client presentations using phone, video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and webcasts.
- Maintain industry trend knowledge and government regulations that may affect assigned territory.
- Collaborate with digital sales team to develop new business strategies and tactics. Participate in ongoing digital sales trainings.
This is an on-site position. An on-site position must be consistently performed at an assigned Visa office location and require daily commute to the office location.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- 1-2 years of sales or relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Fluent in English. Strong proficiency in a second language (Spanish) highly preferred.
- Basic understanding of digital sales tools such as Microsoft Dynamics.
- Prior experience in a full-cycle sales role, or related field with a focus on direct client sales.
- Strong ability to communicate basic concepts and exchange ideas and account information clearly and concisely.
- Knowledge of the payments industry preferred Spanish & English (Portuguese a plus)

Mental/Physical Requirements
This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
