This role drives the AWS database go-to-market in China, owning the strategy and execution that helps customers optimise their existing database estate and modernize it to be ready for AI and agentic workloads. You will drive migration of on-premises databases to AWS managed databases, position AWS's purpose-built database portfolio, and ensure customers' data foundations are cloud-native, resilient, and AI-ready. You will work on some of Chinese largest customers and deals, and serve as the voice of China back to the database service teams to reshape service and roadmap strategy.

3. Design Scale Sales Motions — drive adoption beyond top tier using Field teams, partner channels, and funding levers. Voice of the field to product — feed customer needs, adoption signals, and competitive gaps back to product leadership to shape roadmap
4. Engage at CxO/VP level and with developers/architects to build pipeline, secure lighthouse customers, and drive revenue across 15+ AWS database services. Plan and host events — database workshops and executive briefings for customers and partners
