As a Partner CSAM, you are the primary delivery lead and a partner for our more strategic Microsoft partners, empowering them to achieve more by accelerating their end customers’ value realization across our Digital Cloud platforms. By leveraging your technical expertise, business acumen and industry perspectives you will be responsible for the end-to-end post sales delivery and support orchestration across the Microsoft and Partner ecosystem to align the right resources at the right time to achieve partner business outcomes. Responsibilities
• Partner Relationship Management: You will support foundational relationships with key partner stakeholders and technical professionals to enable quality solution delivery, partner capability development, and business growth through collaboration with other account team leaders and guidance from more experienced colleagues.
- Partner Success Leadership and Partner Strategy and Growth through Partners: You will listen to partner priorities and align business objectives with Microsoft’s current portfolio, programs, and strategic investments within the partner account.
- You will align with the account team to link Partner Success Plans (PSPs) with account plan priorities and develop bookable programs of work.
- Partner Success leadership - Delivery and program Management:
- You will support program planning and partner-facing program reviews, prioritization of engagements, and engage key technical stakeholders to achieve agreed partner outcomes, strengthen technical capability, and drive successful solution delivery through the partner ecosystem.
- You will initiate conversations with partners to connect their business objectives with Microsoft’s current portfolio of solutions, programs, and investments. You will adopt Microsoft’s partner growth strategy and align technologies and services to support the partner’s business goals, solution development priorities, and growth objectives.
- Technical Relevance:
- Assist partners in building technical capability and solution practices across a breadth of Solution Areas, connecting their business goals to Microsoft solutions and extensibility opportunities. You will leverage your technical and industry knowledge to identify opportunities that strengthen partner offerings, accelerate business growth, and enable digital transformation outcomes for their end customers.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science or related field AND 4+ years customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience
o OR Master's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field AND 3+ years customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience
o OR equivalent experience
・Business proficiency in both English and Japanese
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science or related field AND 8+ years customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience
o OR Master's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field AND 6+ years customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience
o OR equivalent experience
- 3+ years relevant work experience within customer industry
- Microsoft or competitor equivalent (e.g., AWS) certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Azure, 365)
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation certification or equivalent service management certification
o Prosci or equivalent certification
