Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Establish and optimize SOPs for server R&D material management, including coding, storage, version control and inventory management to fit high-frequency R&D iteration.
Manage full-process warehouse operations for server core components (motherboard, PCBA, CPU, memory, chips, structural & heat dissipation parts) with standard ESD and safety control.
Oversee material requisition, borrowing, returning and scrapping; enforce FIFO and version isolation to prevent material misuse.
Manage R&D samples and test spare parts, maintain complete material ledgers and full traceability.
Optimize safety inventory, conduct regular stocktaking, ensure 100% account-object consistency, and reduce slow-moving & obsolete materials.
Collaborate with R&D, Procurement and Quality teams to resolve material anomalies and guarantee on-time project delivery.
Lead the material library team, responsible for daily operation, training, performance management and warehouse 5S compliance.
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, Electronic Engineering or related majors.
3+ years electronic hardware material management experience, 1+ years team management experience in server R&D material warehouse.
Familiar with hardware components, R&D BOM and ESD storage specifications, able to distinguish R&D sample materials from mass-production materials.
Proficient in ERP/WMS systems and Excel data analysis, experienced in inventory optimization and slow-moving material governance.
Excellent cross-functional communication, rigorous working attitude and strong problem-solving ability.
