The ISD Consulting Project Manager (CPM) is responsible for driving delivery excellence across a portfolio of consulting engagements in INDIA, ensuring consistent governance, predictable financial outcomes, high customer satisfaction, and strong leadership capability.

The CPM partners closely with ATU, STU, CSU, Architects, Sales, and Delivery Leadership to deliver on ISD delivery commitments and enable ISD expansion and consumption, usage excellence impact through disciplined execution and customer‑centric delivery practices.

In addition, the CPM is directly accountable on the program execution, escalations, stakeholder management and financial profitability of the program, leading the project team members, and collaborating with cross-functional units to deliver impactful outcomes to our customers.

Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities: 

1. Portfolio Delivery & Governance

Own end‑to‑end delivery health across a portfolio of ISD consulting projects within INDIA.

Establish and enforce standard delivery governance, including Project health reporting, Customer and internal Steering Committees, Executive escalations and corrective actions. Proactively identify systemic delivery risks and drive early intervention across projects.

2. Financial & Commercial Accountability

Accountable for portfolio‑level financial performance, including forecast accuracy, cost control, and margin protection.

Partner with CPMs to manage Sub‑contractor and partner costs, Scope, change control, and delivery‑driven financial risks, and ensure clean project closure and financial hygiene. Act as a trusted partner to Finance and Delivery Leadership on delivery‑related financial matters.

3. Customer & Stakeholder Leadership

Act as a escalation point for complex delivery challenges and at‑risk engagements. Lead customer conversations related to Delivery recovery, Governance reset, Confidence and trust restoration. Partner with EOU and Architects to ensure delivery remains aligned to customer outcomes and value realization.

4. Expansion & Consumption

Enable consistent account expansion motion, ensuring delivery insights translate into business opportunities. Ensure project team identify expansion signals through delivery milestones and customer rhythms

Execute disciplined handoffs to CSAMs / Sellers using ISD processes and tools. Reinforce a delivery‑led growth mindset across the INDIA portfolio.

5. Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Internal: ISD Leadership, GCID, EAG, ABS, CSAMs, Architects, Sales, Finance, Partner Management

External: Customer sponsors and executives, delivery partners, system integrators

Success Measures: 

Predictable portfolio delivery outcomes;

Improved financial health and forecast accuracy;

Strong customer satisfaction and delivery confidence;

Increased maturity and consistency of CPM practices;

Tangible Expansion Opportunity contributions and Adoption enabled through delivery excellence (Job1/2/Usage Excellence)


Qualifications

Required Qualifications (RQs)

•   Bachelor's Degree in related field AND 8+ years of experience in customer‑facing consulting delivery, program/project management, or digital transformation, including responsibility for complex, multi‑workstream engagements; 

•   2+ years of experience managing multiple projects or a delivery portfolio, with accountability for delivery outcomes beyond a single engagement;

•   Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, and development of project/program managers or equivalent roles;

•   Proven ability to operate in a matrixed, cross‑functional environment, partnering effectively with Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Success stakeholders;

Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

•   10+ years of experience in consulting, large‑scale delivery transformation, or enterprise program leadership, preferably across multiple customers or geographies. 

•   Experience managing delivery financials, including forecasting, cost control, margin protection, and project closure discipline, and partner / subcontractor management across different markets. 

•   Experience enabling delivery‑led growth outcomes, such as identifying expansion signals, partnering on opportunity handoffs, or supporting pipeline creation through delivery insights.

•   Agile certification, Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Professional Scrum Master One (PSM1) certification
